Your wedding is coming up and you want to look and feel your best. Here are some workout ideas to help get the look you want! This is also a perfect way to relieve the stress of wedding planning. Remember, this is not about having an “ideal” body type but feeling confident and beautiful in your own skin.

A basic routine would be to do 3 sets of 10, but feel free to mix and match the reps/sets that you want to best fit your needs. These are also great to incorporate with other workouts found on Pinterest or YouTube.

Proceed with caution and listen to your body to avoid injury.

Arms:

  • Push ups
  • Dumb bell curls
  • Overhead press
  • Upright row
  • Chest fly’s
  • Triceps dips
  • Front dumbbell raise
  • Side dumbbell raise

Legs:

  • Squats
  • Jump 180 squats
  • Lunges (weighted lunges)
  • Jump lunges
  • Set up/box jumps
  • Kickbacks/donkey kicks

Abs:

  • Crunches
  • Side crunches
  • Toe touches
  • Russian twists

Cardio:
