- What is your number one tip for long-lasting makeup?
My number one tip is, skin prep! Having hydrated skin creates the best base for your makeup to last all day. I recommend seeing an aesthetician before your wedding to get some extra help from a skin expert. On my end, I love to use the milk makeup hydro grip primer. It’s hydrating but also slightly sticky to help the makeup set into your skin!
- Product you never leave home without and why?
I never leave without flutter habit at home lash extensions! I love them so much! I just brush through them in the morning, gel my brows and I’m ready to go!
- Advice for bridal makeup on their wedding day? Should they do a practice run?
My biggest tip is to carry Q-tips with you during the day to dab at your rear ducts! It dries tears without messing with your makeup! Also, I would say yes to the practice run! The day of your wedding is stressful, so having that added trust in your makeup artist that she’s doing makeup that you know you will love is just one less thing to worry about on your big day!
- What are your favorite makeup looks or trends right now?
I loved Sophia Richie’s makeup look for her wedding! I have a lot of brides bring in her photo for inspiration and it’s so classically beautiful!
- What kind of makeup and styles do you do at Pritchett and which is your favorite?
Salon Pritchett is known for a natural and fresh bridal makeup look! I personally love the clean girl vibe. When doing makeup I try to make my brides feel like themselves, just elevated. Minimal makeup makes a huge impact if done correctly!
