The Lodge is conveniently located right off of I-15 behind the Traverse Mountain Outlets shopping center, surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The Lodge is the perfect host for any wedding event.

Our packages include everything you need to make your event a memorable one! Perfect location at the Point of the Mountain with easy access to the I-15 freeway. Gorgeous views of Utah Valley, including surrounding Mount Timpanogos and Utah Lake. Natural stone and wood throughout. Outdoor patio with breath-taking views. Beautiful indoor fireplace with seating area, and two outdoor fireplaces on the patio. Warming kitchen / caterer's area with a serving window that opens to The Grand Room. The Grand Room offers a large, versatile dance / karaoke / entertainment staging area. The Board Room provides a great space away from the main event for whatever you need. It's a great room for entertaining kids (or adults). Convenient parking with extra parking available to the North for larger gatherings. 12 round tables (60 inch rounds) for seating, 4 rectangular tables (6 feet long) for serving, and 4 bar-height tables (32 inch bar heights). Edison string lights are available at no extra charge. An event manager can help plan your event, help with room arrangement, and will be on call during your event.

THE GRAND ROOM

The Grand Room at The Lodge is perfect for any event: weddings, receptions, parties, luncheons, seminars, business meetings, retreats, or family get togethers. 2,200 square feet with flexible seating layouts. Large 42" flat screen TV. Built in audio / video system. Welcome / greeting area with room for gifts. One indoor, two outdoor fireplaces. Outdoor patio with amazing views of Utah valley.

BRIDE'S ROOM

Bride's can now enjoy one of our favorite additions. The Bride's Room is the perfect, cozy space for the Bride to get ready for her special day. Comfortable vanity where Bride can get pampered. Large head-to-toe mirror. Two large windows to bring in the natural light.

THE BOARD ROOM

The Board Room is perfect for entertaining children or family, away from the main event. Or an area to stash gifts in. This room is also used for business meetings and intimate luncheons or dinners. 570 square foot conference / entertainment room. Large 64" TV with Netflix. Large 16' x 5' custom wood conference table. 10 comfortable executive chairs. Additional seating. We also offer a wide selection of decor rentals and custom wedding invitations!
