Salt Lake Bride is a platform designed to connect individuals planning weddings or events ("Users" or "Couples") with third-party businesses and professionals ("Vendors").

• No Agency or Endorsement: We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services or products of any Vendor listed on our site.
• User Responsibility: Users are strongly encouraged to independently research, interview, and verify the credentials of any Vendor before engaging their services.
• Contractual Relationships: Any contract for wedding services is strictly between the User and the Vendor. Salt Lake Bride is not a party to these contracts and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or fulfillment of the services provided.
• Vendor Complaints and Quality Control: We take the quality of our vendor network very seriously and want the best for our Couples. If a Vendor fails to uphold their end of an agreement, Users may submit a complaint to us. We reserve the right to investigate such claims. If we conclude, at our sole discretion, that a Vendor's conduct is inappropriate or falls below our standards, we may terminate our relationship with them and remove them from our platform.

Salt Lake Bride offers a feature allowing Users to book and pay for Vendor services directly through our platform.

• Merchant of Record (MOR): When a booking is made, the Vendor remains the Merchant of Record. The Vendor is entirely responsible for fulfilling the service, adhering to their own contract terms, and handling applicable local and state taxes.
• Commissions and Payment: All direct booking transactions are securely processed and automatically routed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When a User pays for a service, Stripe automatically deducts our agreed-upon platform commission and remits the remaining balance directly to the Vendor. Salt Lake Bride does not manually hold or process these funds.
• Refunds and Cancellations: Because the Vendor is the MOR, all refunds, cancellations, and reschedulings are governed strictly by the individual Vendor's policies.

We provide a variety of wedding planning tools, guides, and directories.

• Guest Access vs. Registered Accounts: Most of our tools are available to test and explore without logging in. However, creating a free account allows you to save your progress, favorite vendors, build a custom website, and enjoy a much better, personalized user experience.
• Supporting Salt Lake Bride: Our goal is to be as helpful as possible to the bride. Using our platform to book vendors directly or making purchases through our affiliate links (which costs you nothing extra) allows us to earn a commission. This directly funds our ability to maintain the site and create more and better free tools for your special day.
• Content Responsibility: If you use our tools to create a personalized wedding website, you are solely responsible for all text, images, and information posted. We reserve the right to delete any user-created website if we suspect spam or a violation of these Terms.

Vendors utilizing our premium "List Your Business" subscription features agree to the following:

• Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, all Vendor subscriptions are set to automatically renew via Stripe at the end of your selected billing cycle.
• Self-Management: Vendors are responsible for self-managing their subscriptions via their account dashboard. You may cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time prior to your next billing date. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Our directory, vendor data, pricing information, and user reviews are proprietary assets of Salt Lake Bride. You agree not to use any automated tools, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract, mine, copy, or reproduce data from our platform for any commercial purpose, including building competing directories or training external AI models.

Salt Lake Bride provides an AI-powered chatbot to help you navigate our platform and find vendors.

• Informational Purposes Only: While our AI is trained on our specific directory, AI technology may occasionally produce inaccurate or outdated responses.
• No Binding Offers: Information provided by the AI chatbot regarding a Vendor's pricing or availability does not constitute a binding offer. You are strictly responsible for verifying critical information directly with the Vendor.

Our platform allows Couples to submit reviews of Vendors directly to our site.

• Neutral Host: Salt Lake Bride acts purely as a neutral, third-party host for user-generated reviews. We do not verify the factual accuracy of reviews. Users are solely legally responsible for the reviews they post.
• Vendor Agreement: Vendors acknowledge that they may receive positive or negative reviews and agree that Salt Lake Bride is not liable for any reputational damage. We reserve the right to moderate reviews that violate our policies (e.g., hate speech, spam).

All original content, designs, logos, and graphics provided by Salt Lake Bride are protected by intellectual property laws. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by user-uploaded content, please contact us with a DMCA takedown request.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through private, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Utah. You and Salt Lake Bride agree to waive any right to bring or participate in a class-action lawsuit.
