Seriously. Absolutely gorgeous venue, the team lead by Colleen is unbelievably helpful and flexible, the food that the Powder Chef does is amazing, the hotel booking team is super accommodating, and all of your guests will tell you that the hotel is the most attentive they have ever stayed at (including your super picky grandmother..)
Overall, the Waldorf Astoria Park City, UT was a perfect venue for my summer, destination wedding of just under 50 people. The hotel is gorgeous...it's clean, the staff is friendly and professional,the spa is AMAZING, and the food is great. I was really happy with everything and enjoyed working with Elise Ruprect, in the special events department. She was my on-sight coordinator and helped me throughout the planning process for the year leading up to my wedding. The Waldorf allows for a formal tasting and wine selection which is extremely organized and one-on-one...the chef literally comes out and presents his menu options. The service is on point! I only wish I had been informed that the pool area does not serve liquor. Several of my guests were laying out at the pool, which is gorgeous, the days prior to my wedding and were unable to order cocktails. While this isn't a "deal-breaker" the pool menu contains drinks so one would safely assume they could be served. Again, I was beyond happy with selecting the Waldorf Astoria for my wedding venue. My favorite features had to be 1.)Menu Tasting and Wine Pairing session, 2.)The Spa and all the talented staff members who did hair and makeup, 3.)Overall nature of the hotel--they were professional, accommodating, eager to please. My wedding was perfection, largely in part due to the venue.
My husband and I had a great experience for our wedding and ceremony at the Waldorf Park City. Danielle was informative and attentive every step of the way. The day of the wedding went as smooth as possible and the staff was wonderful. Throughout the week they were all talking about how excited they were for the wedding, they made us feel like family. I really felt like everyone went above and beyond to make our experience better than we could have anticipated. Our ceremony was in the lobby and reception in Powder. The food was excellent and again the service was above and beyond. A great choice for a stress free wedding. Thanks you!
