We stayed at Hotel Monaco on Saturday after our wedding. I had briefly mentioned we were getting married. The front desk lady (I wish I remembered her name), delivered a kind note, and a bucket with high end water, and champagne. Very nice stay, and great restaurant.
My sister just got married this past weekend and her and her entire bridal party stayed the at Kimpton Hotel Monaco. Words can't described how accommodating the staff was there overall, but particularly the morning of the wedding. I think myself or one of the other birdesmaids called down to the front desk for things at least 6 times and each time the staff were accommodating, and would bring it up within minutes (I think we even asked for mint leaves??) The bridal suite was gorgeous and my other sister was able to have a connecting room for extra space. We went to brunch the day after the wedding and that too was amazing. In general, a very high quality hotel, with amazing service, and accommodating staff that went above and beyond for my sister.
We were delighted with our stay at the Hotel Monaco. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary. The concierge had iced champagne waiting for us in our room on the 11th floor. The room was lovely, clean and modern. The spa tub, with room for two, was so soothing. After relaxing a bit we went down stairs to have dinner at Bambara. I give Bambara 10 stars it was so yummy ! The wait staff was spot on. We took our deserts up to the room with us. The king size bed was comfortably firm. Check in and check out was seemless and pleasant. The valet was great. We stayed here the night after the wedding before we flew out for our honeymoon the next day. We only stayed one night but it was a great experience! They ended up upgrading us to a suite which we didn't use too much but was still very nice. The rooms are beautiful and I loved being downtown
