Kelly specializes in rolled fondant wedding cakes. Her fondant not only makes her wedding cakes look unbelievably smooth like fabric, but tastes great, smashing those old myths that your grandparents have told you of awful tasting fondant. Not this stuff, sister. Her specialty draped fondant wedding cakes have all but become legendary all over the state. The style and sophistication of these fondant cakes have earned her a spot as one of Utah’s elite wedding cake decorators.
