HYDRAFACIAL®
This nourishing treatment is a multi-step procedure that cleanses, evenly exfoliates, and extracts to remove impurities and dead skin cells while replenishing vital nutrients including antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. DERMAPLANING

FACIAL WAXING
Unlike shaving, waxing can leave your face smooth and free of hair for weeks. When you shave your face, the facial hair is cut off at the surface of the skin, leaving it blunt-edged. When it begins to grow back, it grows in the form of stubble. Waxing removes the entire hair shaft, meaning it grows back naturally and without the stubbly look that shaving can cause.

CHEMICAL PEELS
Chemical peeling is a procedure that aims to accelerate skin exfoliation by the use of chemical substances resulting in renewed, healthier looking skin and more uniform complexion.
The peels used at FORM address the visible skin imperfections that result from skin aging and sun exposure, such as fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone and texture. They also address skin tone uneveness that can be caused by acne scarring or pigmentary changes.
We offer a range of different strength chemical peels. Our licensed staff will help you select the correct peel to achieve ideal results.

PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP) REJUVENTATION
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a treatment that involves application of the body’s own plasma to naturally and effectively rejuvenate the skin. It is used in combination with microneedling and other skin resurfacing procedures.
