    The Perfect Getaway

There is a certain magic to a bride and groom running down through their family and friends to start their life together. The getaway can be the most exciting part of the wedding. Photographers capture this beautiful moment for the newlyweds to cherish forever. Here are ideas to find the perfect getaway for any bride. Make it Seasonal. Use the aesthetic of the season to pull together a beautiful getaway. Winter weddings could use artificial snow to create a winter wonderland. Autumn weddings could incorporate leaves of bright fall colors to capture the beauty of Mother Nature's color palette. Spring is a great time to mix it up and use flower and aromatic herbs such as lavender or rosemary. Summer is a perfect time to use flower petals that match your wedding colors. Keep it Classic. Create a perfect getaway with sparklers! Many wedding parties use sparklers to capture a magical moment. They light up the pictures just enough to highlight the bride and groom perfectly and create a beautiful path for them to go through. There’s a reason they’re a classic. Playful and Fun. Try using paper planes with well wishes written in them. Blow bubbles to wish the bride and groom well. And while it might not be the safest option with Covid-19, wedding parties could use bubble machines and have the families standing and cheering on the sides with ribbons or streamers. Glow sticks can create a fun mix to the getaway. These can be especially fun during dance parties outside, letting guests enjoy the glow sticks before the couple makes their getaway. Light up the Path. Use lanterns, phone lights, or even LED balloons to light up the path as they newly weds run through. This is a great way to be able to have multiple ideas going on. If streamers are desired but the couple isn’t leaving until after dark, getting lights will not only make it easier for the couple to run through, but also will light up friends and family and make it possible to catch streamers and confetti to be caught on camera. Give it a Theme. Star Wars fans where are you at? Harry Potter fans are you present? Disney fans? Create a theme getaway that fits the bride and groom. Have the couple run through lit up lightsabers. For a Harry Potter theme, give everyone wizard wands and have them cast their best wishes upon the newlyweds. Go with Disney’s Tangled as your theme and have the wedding party light floating lanterns as the bride and groom make their getaway. Let your imagination run wild and find something that best fits your wedding style What are cute getaway ideas you have seen? Please leave a comment -
