    Pandemic-safe Winter Date Ideas

    Salt Lake Bride Editorial Team
    December 6, 2020
Finding safe dates is getting harder and harder with the cold weather moving everyone indoors. We’ve compiled a list of COVID-safe date ideas for you and your significant other. As always, please check your local guidelines to make sure these activities are allowed in your area. At-home Movie Night Nothing feels better than spending the evening curled up with your loved one and watching a good movie. Get your favorite hot chocolate and some mix-ins for a delicious winter treat. Add some popcorn and your other favorite snacks and you’ve got a lovely cozy date-night-in. Sledding Make sure to do this one in a private place (and make sure it’s okay in your area) to insure you successfully social distance. Sledding is a classic winter activity and it’s even better when it’s with the person you love. Push each other down the hill, race each other, or go together. There’s lots of ways to guarantee a good time when you’re sledding! Cookie Decorating Cookies can be made in all sorts of flavors, shapes, and sizes. Decorating them just means you can spice them up even more! Try having a cookie decorating contest or turn on some of your favorite music to set the mood. Enjoy some one-on-one time together and reminisce about your favorite winter memories, while making some new ones. Karaoke Night If you’re wanting an energetic, party kind of date, this is for you! Look up some of your favorite tunes and sing along. If you really want to spice things up, you could even turn it into a contest. Who has the better dance moves while they’re performing? Who can hit the highest notes? We hope you have a great rest of the year! 2020 sure has been wild, but we believe that the end of the year will be great and 2021 will bring better things. Wishing you all the best and happy wedding planning! Feel free to drop any of your favorite winter date ideas in the comments below <3
