They were extremely kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their selection of rental decor was *gorgeous* and helped SO much with simplifying the wedding planning process for us. The venue itself is gorgeous inside and out, during the day and at night. It's in a great spot with lots of parking for guests and was the perfect size for us. The people we worked with were more than accommodating, I absolutely can't speak highly of the experience enough. I would pick this venue over and over again, it was an amazing experience and helped me have the wedding of my dreams. Best venue in Utah, by far.
The place is beyond beautiful, the staff is so nice and accommodating, the location is perfect and easy to find, and everything was just perfect! We were able to come in the night before to set up, and had someone on call all day in case we needed anything. We paid for their rentals package and were able to use all of their decorations! The "kids room" (conference room) was a huge hit and all the parents loved it. They have a binder with instructions on how to use the tv's, microphones, fireplaces,etc. The staff is super organized and helped make our wedding day stress free!
They were extremely easy to work with and the rentals they provide saved us so much money on decorations. When I was looking for locations for our reception I couldn't find anywhere else that had as good of prices for what we were getting. The freedom they give you to choose your own caterer and other rental companies was extremely helpful. We chose to use the rental company that they use for their linens and that made our lives even easier because they brought all of it together the night before. We also loved having the back room for the kids. It's a beautiful location and I couldn't have imagined a better experience for our wedding day.
I am so glad that we chose The Lodge at Traverse Mountain for our reception. We originally scheduled another venue, but saw this place and loved it! The staff was so helpful and easy to work with. They allowed us to set up the night before our reception to take the stress away from our wedding day and made sure we had all of the tools to make our day wonderful. All of our friends and family raved at how beautiful it was! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a wedding or reception venue.
