This company is a rip off. Once you give them your money it is over. I have not received my aligners and you cannot contact them. The number they list, 844-311-8990, is not answered. It says nobody is available, try later and hangs up. Just try calling and you will see. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAY!
The customer service was there for you 24/7! They were answering questions, guiding you, reassuring you and helping you. At this time I'm in the beginning stage of wearing my aligners (started six weeks ago) and I'm about 8-9 months away from completion. So this is what I learned so far. I used to have metal braces when I was in my teens and these aligners are nothing like that. You have to look hard to see them, unlike the unsightly metal, you can also barely feel them, unlike the metal that was digging in my inside lip and you don't have to worry about getting your food stuck in them because you remove them before eating. Overall I'm very happy and looking forward to my new smile.
Fast, easy, super convenient. I am so happy I chose Smilelove for my aligners. My issue appeared small to me with minimal correction needed however after my 9th aligner (5 more to go) I've realized there was more movement needed.
As soon as I signed up I was followed by someone via text and email. Responses to questions/concerns were almost immediate. The cost was amazing compared to the $5,800 I was quoted at a well known orthodontist office. I was fortunate to qualify for interest free financing on the spot and just paid them off.
My mold kit came immediately, I sent it back, and had my complete kit in 2 weeks. Everything is clearly labeled, you just pop em in as directed. The kit included a file for any rough spots (I'm almost done and haven't had one weird spot), one travel/storage container, a small device to help pull the aligner out, 2 small green squishy things that are supposed to help seat the aligner, and a future whitening kit.

Fantastic company. I am very pleased with the service, price, and results. I did a lot of research before going with Smilelove. Smile Direct Club seemed to have a lot of unhappy customers and Smilelove was cheaper. The team worked with me to get impressions they could use and were extremely patient and responsive. Towards the end of my treatment, I somehow had a tooth twist back a little bit for whatever reason and they promptly sent me another kit for free so we could fix it. Very impressed.
