I completely fell in love with my gown from LatterDayBride. It checked all of the boxes on the list of what I was looking for and had always dreamed of. Finding a modest gown is next to impossible and I must have tried on over a dozen wedding dresses in other bridal salons before deciding to order from their website. Avery was fantastic! She is so upbeat and was super respectful of my budget, timeline and concerns in a dress. We came in roughly 300$ UNDER budget with her help! She made the experience fabulous, especially compared to other bridal shops I visited. Avery is fantastic, she is super fun to work with. The shop is beautiful with your own glamorous and private dressing and showing area and there is a wide selection of modest gowns. Having so many modest options was the best!
When I worked with this store over a year ago to purchase bridesmaids dresses for my daughters wedding, they were super helpful and professional. The girls were super excited about the gorgeous, modest navy dresses with beading, and especially that we were able to get them with pockets! So recently, when I needed a temple dress for myself, I decided to visit Gateway Bridal and see if they had anything that would fit me. I am a size 22 and have trouble finding things that fit. I actually didn't expect the same level of service for a moderately priced temple dress that I received when ordering for the entire wedding party last year. But, boy, was I surprised! The girls at the front desk greeted me with the same enthusiasm as they did a young bride who was in the store. They showed me both their regular selection of temple dresses, as well as a small number of sale dresses. They graciously explained sizing to me and helped me try on several dresses to find the perfect fit. The dress I found was so soft and comfy, and it was on sale! As the Mother of several daughters, I am glad to have a store I can rely on for future weddings!
We are from out of state, but do you think we can find any modest gowns here for under $400? Not one. So we made a weekend trip to UT. I'm so happy that we were assigned to Rebecca's work schedule! Not only was she extremely helpful and very instrumental in obtaining the perfect gown, but she was so pleasant and kind. I was afraid of receiving the "white trash" treatment we had experienced at other stores once they were informed of our budget, but that is not at all what happened at Gateway Bridal, nor from Rebecca. We found several gowns that were modest, available in the right size to take home now, and were priced right. My daughter left the store VERY happy. Then to top off our visit, I was able to find a dress for myself, too. It was a trip well worth making.
