Sweating for the wedding, as some like to say! Getting on a regular workout routine will help you feel and look great for the big day. Wedding planning can take months and because it is stressful, integrating a regular workout into your day will help you stay calm during the particularly difficult parts of planning. Working out with your partner can help you bond and get your mind off of whatever is stressing you both out this week. Plus, if you’ve lost some weight or toned up in all the right places, you will feel super confident come the wedding!

Style & Cut Your Hair
This may not be something you’ve thought about in the months leading up to your wedding, but it really should be. If you want to try out a new haircut or style, go to your barber with the idea months in advance, so that way if you don’t love it you can grow it out and try something else. Same goes for new styling products, you don’t want to be irritated and itchy when you’re going to be the center of attention all day. If you’ve been eyeing some new products to try, grab them a few weeks or months before the wedding and give them a shot then. Finally, if you aren’t sure how you want to style your hair or just can’t get it down to a science – ask your barber to show you, then practice. So, when the big day comes you’ll know exactly what cut and style you want, what products you need to achieve the look, and how to do it yourself! No stress over your hairdo here.

Shaving and Moisturizing
Shaving and moisturizing your face is something you will be thankful you thought about ahead of time when you get all of your wedding photos back. You and your partner will appreciate that you took the time to think about not having any nicks or dry, flaky skin. Ensuring you have a clean, close shave starts with using a razor that’s new and sharp and shaving with a hydrating cream. Using a hydrating shaving cream will help moisturize your face as well, to avoid nicks and flaky skin. Then when you’ve achieved the style of facial hair you desire for your wedding day, moisturize your face with a well-loved face lotion. Like your hair products, if you want to try new face products, do so weeks or months before the big day so you know you won’t suffer from any scary reactions the day of.

Teeth Whitening
If you want to go the extra mile for your fiancé, look into teeth whitening options. If you’re already stressing about the 3 things we’ve listed above, then look into quick whitening options like white strips or whitening toothpaste, which are great because you don’t have to add anything crazy into your daily routine. But, if you want to make a big change to your smile, then talk to your dentist about professional whitening options.
